1. Eligibility for Returns
  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase: Original invoice or order confirmation required.
  • Customized items: Not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non‑returnable Items
  • Personalized or engraved jewellery
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Sale items or clearance products (unless faulty)
  • Gift vouchers and coins
3. How to Initiate a Return
  1. Email us at info@vspsilvers.online within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 24‑48 hours with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and the invoice.
  4. Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable service.
4. Refund Details
  • Processing time: Refunds are issued within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Method: Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.).
  • Shipping charges: Original shipping fees are non‑refundable. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Partial refunds: May be granted for items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts.
5. Exchange Policy
  • Timeframe: Exchange requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.
  • Process: Follow the same return steps and mention the desired replacement item.
  • Price difference: If the new item costs more, you pay the difference; if less, we refund the difference.
  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to stock. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
6. Damaged / Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at info@vspsilvers.online with photos.
  • We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping.
  • For minor defects, we may offer a partial refund or repair at our cost.
7. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement without any charges.
  • After 24 hours, cancellation may not be possible as items enter processing. Contact us immediately.
  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
8. Shipping Costs
  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.
  • For exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping; we cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
9. Partial Refunds / Store Credit
  • If an item is returned in less‑than‑perfect condition (e.g., worn, damaged, missing parts), a partial refund may be offered.
  • Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full value, valid for 12 months.
  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase at VSP Vellimaligai.
